at Last, About African Slave Trading
One
of the hottest topics today is that about who was responsible for the slave
trade. As we all know, Continental Africans themselves are busy changing
our image of the central role Africa played, which impacts us in a very
positive way. There was a remarkable African film about this subject
called "Adanggaman", by Roger Gnoan M'Bala, which gives tragic dimension
to the tale of Africans enslaving other Africans or selling them to Europeans
through the portrayal of its complex characters.
